I help busy, career-driven women break free from dieting cycles, build sustainable habits, and feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. As someone who truly understands the challenges of balancing health, hormones, and real life, I’m here to guide you with a no-BS, evidence-based approach—without sacrificing the things you love.

My Journey to Empowered
For years, I put my career first, neglecting my health until a series of wake-up calls forced me to prioritise my wellbeing. Perimenopause, body image struggles, and years of yo-yo dieting left me feeling lost in my own skin.
I spent years chasing quick fixes, convinced that the next diet would finally be the one. But nothing stuck. It wasn’t until I stopped obsessing over restrictions and started focusing on small, sustainable changes—more movement, better nutrition, and habits that actually fit my life—that everything clicked.
Now, I train to feel strong, eat without restriction, and help other women navigate the same struggles. I know how hard it is to juggle fitness with a busy life, but with the right guidance, you can thrive.

Get to Know Me
If you could train with anyone, who would it be and why?
I would absolutely love to train with a pro-athlete one day just to experience a different way of training and understand what they have to go through to perform at the top!
What’s your favourite fitness moment or memory?
My favourite fitness memory is definitely running Leeds Marathon last year with my partner Paul; it was so special to share the experience with him!
If you weren’t a fitness coach, what would you be doing?
I was a corporate girlie before I was a fitness coach, so I would probably be still doing that!
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done for a workout?
I have been known to run on the spot for 20-30 minutes during the Winter when it has been too bad to go out running … that’s pretty crazy right?
What’s your favourite way to stay active?
I love most forms of exercise – but my favourite has got to be running, I really like the disconnect it creates between me & the outside world for a few hours each week.
What’s your top tip for someone starting their fitness journey?
Trust the process. I know that sounds corny, but constantly chopping & changing your routine and following fads holds you back. Repetition on the other hand gets your results.
